Job Description

  • Data Input & Management: Accurately enter patient demographics, treatment histories, encounter details, and insurance/billing information into digital systems.
  • Verification & Quality Control: Review forms, claims, and records to cross-check data for completeness, find missing information, and fix errors.
  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Protect sensitive medical and personal data in strict compliance with privacy standards such as HIPAA or local healthcare guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with nurses, physicians, claims processors, or administrative staff to resolve ambiguous or conflicting entries.
  • Reporting: Generate routine operational, audit, or tracking reports using spreadsheet and database tools
