Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence, create engaging social media content, generate leads, and support the growth of our brands.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media marketing, digital campaigns, content creation, lead generation, and performance tracking.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and execute social media content calendars.
• Create and coordinate Reels, short videos, posts, stories, and promotional content.
• Work closely with the content creator/video editor to produce engaging content.
• Develop creative ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Run and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
• Generate leads through social media and other digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Track reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and other marketing KPIs.
• Research current social media trends, hashtags, content formats, and competitor activities.
• Support paid advertising campaigns such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper handling and follow-up of digital leads.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms.
• Suggest new digital marketing strategies to increase enquiries and customer engagement.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of SEO and basic digital marketing concepts.
• Lead generation and campaign management skills.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and insights.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
• Basic knowledge of video editing is an added advantage.
• Ability to identify and use current social media trends.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
