Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Female Sales & Event Promoter to represent Bite India at exhibitions, apartment communities, residential societies, events, and promotional stalls.

Candidate Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.

Basic sales and convincing skills.

Ability to explain products clearly.

Comfortable working at exhibitions, apartment complexes, and outdoor events.

Willingness to travel locally for events and promotional activities.

Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge.

Previous experience in sales, retail, promotions, exhibitions, or customer service will be an advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Working Conditions

Work location may change depending on exhibitions, apartment/society events, and promotional activities.

The role may require standing for extended periods during events.

Accommodation/stay support may be provided by the company when required for specific events or assignments, subject to company policy.

The candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, explaining Bite India products, generating sales, maintaining the stall, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Represent Bite India at exhibitions, apartment/society events, and promotional stalls.

Welcome customers and actively engage with visitors.

Explain products, features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.

Demonstrate products and help customers choose suitable products.

Generate leads, enquiries, and direct sales.

Achieve assigned daily/weekly sales targets.

Handle billing/payment collection as per company process.

Maintain product display, stock, and cleanliness of the stall.

Maintain customer details and follow up on enquiries when required.

Collect customer feedback and share it with the management team.

Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports.

Coordinate with the company team regarding stock, promotions, and event requirements.

Maintain professional behavior and represent the Bite India brand positively.
