Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Medical Communications expert to develop evidence-based scientific content that supports healthcare professional (HCP) education, digital engagement, and informed clinical decision-making.

The role requires expertise in interpreting medical literature, synthesizing clinical evidence, and transforming complex scientific information into clear, compelling, and compliant content across medical, digital, and omnichannel platforms. The successful candidate will combine scientific rigor with content strategy to create impactful learning and engagement experiences for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Scientific Storytelling & Insight Generation

Convert scientific evidence into meaningful insights that support physician education and clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Identify clinically relevant insights and unmet needs
• Connect evidence across multiple sources
• Translate research findings into practical clinical implications
• Develop compelling evidence-led content narratives
• Highlight impact on patient outcomes and evolving standards of care
• Ensure scientific accuracy and clinical relevance
• Translate complex medical evidence into physician-friendly content
• Develop balanced and compliant scientific narratives
• Create medically substantiated claims and evidence summaries

Omnichannel Content

Develop and adapt scientific content for digital and omnichannel physician engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create content for HCP portals, websites, apps, webinars, email, WhatsApp, and digital learning platforms
• Adapt content across channels while maintaining scientific consistency
• Support physician journeys and digital engagement programs
• Collaborate with medical, marketing, and digital teams to develop content strategies
• Optimize content for user experience, engagement, and discoverability
• Leverage engagement insights and performance data to improve content effectiveness
• Utilize AI-enabled content development tools where appropriate

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific accuracy, strategic relevance, and audience engagement.

Qualifications

Required Experience: 6-10 Years

• B.Pharm
• Pharm.D
• M.Pharm
• MSc (Life Sciences)
