About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in selecting the right courses based on their career goals, interests, and skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and working professionals about available training programs.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Explain course details, syllabus, duration, fees, batches, and career opportunities.
• Handle enquiries and follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Convert leads into course admissions through effective communication and counselling.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team when required.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with students.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and counselling abilities.
• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable speaking with students and working professionals over the phone.
• QualificationAny Graduate / Post Graduate.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Experience in Education Counselling, EdTech, Training Institutes, Telecalling, or Sales is an added advantage.
