Job Description
Job Description – Field Sales & Marketing Manager Pranava Tech Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and market research.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers across B2B and B2C segments.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and channel partners.
- Promote Audio Visual (AV), IT Hardware, and Integrated AV Solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements: Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills. Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for field sales.
