📌 Job Overview

We are hiring motivated and energetic Field Sales Executives (FSEs) for PhonePe’s Core Merchant Growth Team. In this role, your responsibility will be to onboard local businesses, retail stores, and grocery shops and help expand our digital payment network.

This is a Fixed Salary, No Monthly Target Job—ideal for candidates who want a fixed income along with opportunities to earn additional performance-based bonuses.

• Job Title: Field Sales Executive (FSE) / Business Development Executive
• Company/Payroll: Direct Company Payroll or Authorized HR Partner
• Salary Structure: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed Base Salary)
• Additional Benefits: Weekly & Monthly Performance Bonuses + Traveling Allowance (TA) + PF (Provident Fund) & ESI
• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Field Job
• Experience Required: Freshers to candidates with up to 6 months of sales experience will be preferred.

🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Field Onboarding: Visit local retail markets and shops, approach merchants, and onboard them onto the PhonePe platform.
• Product Installation: Install PhonePe QR Codes at the appropriate and visible locations in merchant shops.
• Smart Device Setup: Deliver PhonePe Soundboxes or smart payment devices to merchants, activate them, and provide a proper demonstration.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact person for merchants, help them understand how to use the app, check transaction history, and resolve their app-related queries.

🗒 Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or any Graduate.
• Mandatory Assets: A working Android smartphone and your own two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license are mandatory.
• Skills: Good communication skills, convincing ability, and willingness to travel within the local market.
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.
