Job Description
We are hiring Sales Interns for a 3-month field sales internship in Hyderabad. You will go out into the field, meet prospects in person and hunt for new leads for the company. High performers will be considered for a full-time Sales Manager role at the end of the internship.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit Restaurants and prospects in your assigned area every day to find new leads
Introduce the company's products and services and explain them clearly to prospects
Collect lead details and follow up to convert them into customers
Meet daily visit and lead targets
Update visit and lead records daily and report progress to your manager
Share market feedback with the team
Requirements:
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Comfortable working in the field most of the day
Good communication skills and a confident attitude
Self-motivated and eager to learn sales
Freshers are welcome to apply
Knowledge of Hyderabad locations is an advantage
What We Offer:
Fixed pay of Rs 15,000 per month (including petrol allowance)
Hands-on sales training
Duration: 3 months
