• Key ResponsibilitiesStore OperationsManage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability goals.
• Monitor store productivity, customer footfall, and conversion ratios.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety norms.
• Team ManagementLead, train, motivate, and supervise store staff.
• Allocate duties, monitor attendance, and manage shift schedules.
• Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
• Drive employee engagement and retention.
• Customer ServiceDeliver exceptional customer experience and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Build strong customer relationships and improve customer loyalty.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Inventory & Stock ManagementMaintain optimum inventory levels and minimize stock-outs.
• Monitor shrinkage, wastage, and pilferage control.
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for replenishment.
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and product freshness.
• Sales & Business DevelopmentExecute promotions and marketing activities within the store.
• Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive category-wise sales and improve basket size.
• Focus on Fresh, Grocery, Organic Foods, Fruits & Vegetables, and FMCG categories.
• Compliance & ReportingMaintain statutory compliance and audit readiness.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store performance reports.
• Ensure POS accuracy and cash management procedures.
• RequirementsEducationGraduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM preferred.
