Position: Store Manager

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth through effective team management.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals.
- Maintain visual merchandising, store hygiene, and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Requirements5+ years of experience as a Store Manager in Grocery Retail, Supermarket, Hypermarket, or FMCG Retail.
- Strong leadership and team handling skills.
- Good understanding of inventory management and store operations.
- Ability to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and retail reporting.
