Job Description
- Manage daily guest house operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise housekeeping, room cleaning, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Ensure rooms are clean, comfortable, and ready for guests.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Maintain guest records, booking details, and occupancy reports.
- Monitor staff attendance, duties, and performance.
- Coordinate food services and ensure hygiene standards.
- Check inventory of housekeeping supplies and guest amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas and ensure proper upkeep of the property.
- Coordinate with management regarding bookings, expenses, and operational issues.
- Ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all corporate guests.
