Job Description
- Supervise and guide housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties.
- Inspect rooms, corridors, and common areas for cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure proper use and availability of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Train staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams when required.
- Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and inventory.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all housekeeping work is completed on time and according to company standards.
