HR Admin Executive

What you will do:

Payroll & Attendance

• Run the monthly payroll in Excel: attendance, overtime, deductions, advances and salary sheets
• Maintain attendance registers now, and set up the biometric system as we move to it
• Handle salary advances, full & final settlements on time

Hiring

• Hire factory workers (welders, fitters, helpers, electricians) and office staff (sales, design, accounts)
• Manage our job accounts on Apna, Naukri and other portals: post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews
• Run onboarding: offer letters, appointment letters, joining documents

Contract Labour

• Maintain records, attendance and wage registers for contractor and subcontractor workers at the factory and sites

Policies & Employee Relations

• Draft and implement HR policies: leave, attendance, conduct, safety and the employee handbook
• Handle employee issues, warnings, discipline and exits
• Keep all employee files and documents organised

Admin

• Manage office and factory admin: security, housekeeping, stationery, vendors and travel bookings

Who we’re looking for:

• 4–7 years in HR & Admin, preferably in the construction, infrastructure or manufacturing industry
• Hands-on payroll experience in Excel is a must
• Experience hiring both blue-collar and white-collar staff
• Fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English, and comfortable dealing with factory workers
• Strong in MS Excel; Zoho People or greytHR is a bonus
• Any graduate; an MBA in HR is a bonus
• Stable career: at least 2 years in one company. Frequent job changes will not be considered.

What we offer:

• ₹32,000 – ₹45,000 in hand per month, based on experience
• Laptop and travel allowance
