Job Description
Hiring: HR Generalist
Location: Unit # C, Kakatiya hills, Madhapur road, Hitech City, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500081
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Openings: 5
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month
Work Mode: On-site
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage attendance, employee discipline, and grievances.
- Monitor employee performance, KPIs, and productivity.
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Ensure HR policy compliance and employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong communication and employee management skills.
- EdTech or target-driven experience preferred.
