Job Summary

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance. The role ensures the organization attracts, develops, and retains talent while maintaining a positive and productive work environment aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end hiring: workforce planning, sourcing, interviews, and selection

Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees

Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs

Employee Relations

Act as the point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution

Foster a healthy, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture

Conduct regular check-ins and drive employee satisfaction initiatives

Performance Management

Implement and manage the appraisal and performance review process

Support managers in setting goals, giving feedback, and handling underperformance

Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs

Policy, Compliance & Payroll

Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and the employee handbook

Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)

Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

HR Strategy & Administration

Support management with HR metrics, reports, and workforce insights

Drive employee engagement, retention, and welfare programs

Manage exit formalities and conduct exit interviews
