Job Description
💼 Job RoleWe are hiring Customer Support Executives to assist customers with queries related to banking services, UPI transactions, payments, transaction failures, and account-related issues.
🎯 Key Responsibilities• Handle customer queries through voice channels
• Assist customers with UPI and transaction-related issues
• Resolve banking and payment-related queries efficiently
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow process guidelines, SOPs, and company policies
📌 Job Details• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Week Off: 1 rotational week off
• Shift: Rotational shifts
