Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a result-oriented Telesales / Inside Sales Executive / BDE with experience in telesales, outbound sales, or sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, pitching, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound leads.
• Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to objection handling and deal closure.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to consistent revenue generation.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries, understand requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and deal status in CRM/MS Excel.
• Work towards maximizing conversions and earning uncapped performance-based incentives.

Experience:

• 6 months in Telesales, Inside Sales, Outbound Calling, BDE, or Sales experience preferred.
• Prior experience in phone-based sales and deal closures is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Kannada

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Compensation: Up to ₹25,000 In-Hand + Uncapped Monthly Sales Commission
