Job Description
*Hiring: Indoor Sales Executive | AER Infra Developers LLP*
*Job Type:* Complete Indoor Sales – Walk-in customers at office. No field work.
*Role:* Meet customers at our office, understand their needs, and explain our real estate products/plots. Close sales through professional counseling.
*Training:* 3–5 days of comprehensive training provided. We’ll cover product details, sales pitch, CRM, and closing techniques. No prior experience required.
*Incentives:*
- Daily incentives

*Earning Potential: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000+ per month* with incentives
