Sales & Marketing Executive

We are hiring a Field Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in Field Marketing, Field Sales, Direct Marketing or Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field marketing, field sales and direct marketing activities.
• Generate leads through market visits, outdoor sales and door-to-door marketing.
• Handle client acquisition and customer acquisition.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Visit colleges, universities, coaching centres and other locations across Hyderabad.
• Conduct promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
• Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
• Maintain daily reports of market visits, leads generated and conversions.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English.
• Must have own bike with a valid driving licence.
• Own laptop and smartphone are mandatory.
• Must be based in Hyderabad.
• Comfortable with daily local field travel.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
• Travel/fuel reimbursement for approved field visits as per company policy.
• Performance-linked incentives on sign-ups and orders may apply, as announced by management.

Work Location: KPHB, Hyderabad (Fieldwork across Hyderabad).
