Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in implementing effective solutions. This role requires understanding and translating customer needs into comprehensive business and technology solutions. The Integration Engineer actively drives discussions around transformation initiatives, customer journeys, and functional or application designs. They ensure that the technology and business solutions align closely with the business requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of integration strategies with overall business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Glue.
- Experience with cloud-based data integration and ETL processes.
- Strong knowledge of data transformation and workflow orchestration.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools related to integration tasks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Understanding of system architecture and API integration techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Glue.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
