The role

You'll run our interior sites day to day. You make sure every job is built to the approved drawings, on time and to a high finish. You're the link between the design team, the workers, the vendors and the client.

What you'll do

Site execution

• Supervise carpentry, modular kitchen and wardrobe installation, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, wallpaper and flooring.
• Check all work against the approved drawings, 3D views and BOQ.
• Take site measurements and do the marking before work starts.
• Run quality checks: levels, alignment, edge banding, hardware fitting and finishes.
• Keep the site safe, clean and well organised.

Coordination

• Plan and schedule carpenters, painters, electricians and other trades.
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries with vendors. Check quantity and quality on arrival.
• Clear drawing doubts with the design team before work starts.
• Give clients regular progress updates with photos, and attend site meetings.

Tracking and reporting

• Send a daily progress report with photos.
• Keep site records up to date in our project tools: stage checklist, site visits, material issued, worker attendance and piece work.
• Raise material requirements in advance and flag delays early.

Handover

• Prepare the snag list and get every snag fixed.
• Complete the handover checklist and walk the client through the finished home.

What we're looking for

• 2 to 5 years of site supervision in residential or commercial interiors.
• A diploma or degree in civil engineering or interior design, or equivalent site experience.
• Able to read working drawings, elevations and electrical layouts.
• Good knowledge of interior materials: plywood grades (BWR, MR), laminates, veneers, hardware, gypsum and POP, paints and tiles.
• Comfortable with measurements and quantity checks.
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets, and comfortable sending photo reports on WhatsApp.
• Speaks English, Telugu and Hindi.
• Own two-wheeler and driving licence. Able to handle more than one site.

Good to have

• AutoCAD basics.
• Hands-on modular kitchen installation experience.

What we offer

• Salary: ₹ 15000 –₹40000 per month, based on experience.
