Inventory Support Executive

POS & Inventory Support and Implementation Executive

The role will be responsible for client onboarding, implementation, training, support, and smooth day-to-day operations of restaurant POS and inventory solutions.

Inventory – Implementation & Support

* Handle inventory onboarding, setup, configuration, and data migration.

* Understand basic Purchase, Indent, GRN, Stock Transfer, Stock Adjustment, and inventory processes.

* Support clients with inventory-related queries, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

* Guide clients on inventory best practices and ensure accurate system usage.

* Use Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and data management.

* Coordinate with technical/product teams for advanced issues and product improvements.

POS – Implementation & Support

* Visit client locations for POS setup, hardware/account configuration, and implementation.

* Understand client requirements, train restaurant staff, and provide operational guidance.

* Troubleshoot POS-related issues and ensure smooth billing operations.

* Build a good rapport with restaurant staff and provide ongoing support.

Ideal Candidate

Someone with practical knowledge of inventory and restaurant POS operations, basic Purchase and Indent processes, good Excel skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel to client locations when required.
