Job Description
Manage the Director's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and event arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Maintain confidential documents and records.
Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients.
Assist in administrative and office management activities.
Handle personal and business-related errands as assigned.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
