Job Description:

We are looking for a Jr. Drafter (Civil) to support our engineering and design teams by developing accurate and detailed production drawings. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of drafting principles and tools, particularly AutoCAD, along with a strong willingness to learn and grow. This role involves working closely with the project managers, and architects to develop 2D drawings, revise and update existing designs, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of all technical documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update 2D drawings, layouts, and technical plans based on project requirements.
• Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with internal standards, accuracy, and quality benchmarks.
• Revise drawings as per feedback and project updates by the project manager requirements.
• Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.
• Coordinate with design, project, and site teams to clarify drawing-related queries.
• Support the preparation of measurements, and project reports when required.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines.

Skills:

• Good Knowledge in AutoCAD 2D/3D
• Ability to take responsibility for drawings and assigned project tasks.
• Knowledge of drafting standards and construction detailing.
• Basic understanding of Architectural and Interior layouts.
• 3D visualization skills & Sketching and detailing abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Other Software knowledge is a Plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take instructions and work effectively under supervision.

Qualification:

• B.Tech/B.E (Civil, Architecture, or related field)

Eligibility criteria:

• Year Graduated: 2024 & 2025
• Percentage: Above 70%
