Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
* Handle accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
* Assist with GST, TDS documentation, and coordination with the CA.
* Maintain petty cash, expense statements, and vendor payment records.
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, bills, and payments.
* Maintain purchase orders, project expenses, and supporting documents.
* Handle office administration, filing, employee attendance, and general documentation.
* Prepare basic financial reports and assist management with daily operational requirements.
Skills Required
* Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
* Basic understanding of accounting, GST, and TDS.
* Good communication, organisational, and coordination skills.
* Attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
