Large Facilities O&M Manager (Electrical Maintenance & Utilities)

Job Description

Co-ordinate with the core team for critical issues resolution HT/LT power cable laying, tray installation, earthing systems, HT/LT equipment's , MCC, PCC, and VFD panels.

Ensure 100% uptime of utility equipment ,network and electrical facilities

Track and close utility alarms within service level agreement

Record power consumption of utility equipment

Analyze preventive and corrective maintenance of utility equipment of all electrical & instrumentation systems ensuring compliance with CEIG standards.

Lead daily maintenance of DG sets, transformers, HT/LT switchgear, MCC/PCC panels, Chillers & UPS

Adhere to quality and safety standards,

Carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment .

Monitor and maintain ownership for large facilities and project,operations as per service level agreement.

Skills and Competencies required

Knowledge of utility equipment

Knowledge of electrical equipment

CEIG ( Chief Electrical Inspector to Government (CEIG) certificate.

Problem solving skills & Technical orientation in Utilities and Electrical Maintenance
