Key Responsibilities
* Visit assigned areas daily and meet local real estate offices, brokers, agents, and property consultants.
* Identify and approach small and medium-sized real estate firms for business partnerships.
* Explain the company profile, services, ongoing projects, and available business opportunities.
* Recruit interested brokers, agents, and real estate offices as Channel Partners or Marketing Associates.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
* Submit daily activity reports and performance updates to the reporting manager.
