MEP ENGINEER/ PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description: MEP Engineer / MEP Project Manager

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Preferred Candidates: Mechanical and Electrical Engineering candidates

Salary: ₹30,000–₹80,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works for construction projects.

- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, civil engineers, contractors, and vendors.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the approved budget.

- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems.

- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.

- Manage site teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance.

- Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.

- Prepare progress reports and provide regular project updates to management and clients.

- Handle material procurement, cost control, and contractor coordination.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering and project management.

- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

- Excellent project planning, execution, and team management skills.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, project scheduling, and relevant MEP software.

- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
