Site Manager

The ideal candidate should be dependable, organised and capable of handling responsibilities independently, with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Supervision & Field Visits

• Visit company property and land sites regularly as assigned.
• Monitor site conditions, ongoing work, workers, contractors and vendors.
• Ensure assigned work is completed properly and within the given timelines.
• Identify site-related issues, take photographs and report concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with contractors, labourers, security personnel and other relevant parties.
• Follow up on pending work until completion.

2. Reporting & Accountability

• Send daily site visit reports with photographs and clear updates.
• Report work completed, pending issues, delays and next steps.
• Communicate problems immediately instead of waiting for management to ask.
• Maintain accurate records of site visits, work progress and follow-ups.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they reach completion.

3. Administrative Work

• Maintain property-related files, documents, registers and records.
• Assist with scanning, filing and organising documents.
• Coordinate office-related tasks, collections, payments and vendor follow-ups when assigned.
• Maintain task trackers and provide regular status updates.
• Handle other operational and administrative responsibilities as required.
• Required Skills & QualitiesResponsible, punctual and committed to work.
• Willing to travel to different sites across Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
• Good observation skills and attention to detail.
• Basic smartphone skills for photographs, WhatsApp updates and reporting.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Honest, reliable and comfortable being accountable for assigned tasks.
• Experience & QualificationsMinimum 2–3 years of experience in site supervision, property management, facilities, construction coordination or field operations preferred.
• 10th / Intermediate / Graduate candidates may apply, depending on relevant experience.
• A valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
