Job Role:
We are hiring 4 enthusiastic and customer-focused WhatsApp sales executives for Lakshmi Sri Art Jewellers, a one-gram gold jewellery business.
The selected candidates will handle customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, explain jewellery products, share product photos and videos, follow up with interested customers, and convert inquiries into confirmed online orders.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries through WhatsApp.
- Explain jewellry designs, prices, offers, and product details to customers.
- Share jewelry photos, videos, and product catalogs.
- Follow up with interested customers and encourage them to place orders.
- Convince customers and successfully close online sales.
- Assist customers with order confirmation and payment-related queries.
- Maintain good relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Follow up on pending inquiries and maintain sales records.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphone applications.
- Ability to convince customers and close sales.
- Patience and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Interest in jewellery and online selling.
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or online sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
Important: This is an online sales and customer-handling role. The main responsibility is to convert WhatsApp enquiries into confirmed jewellery orders.
