Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive solution architectures that address complex client challenges.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications within the ServiceNow environment.
- Skilled in managing solution delivery lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and sustainable solutions.
