🚍 Job Opening: Bus Captain / Travel Executive

Job Location: Miyapur/Bachupally, Hyderabad

🔹 Role Overview:

Reputed Smart Bus company‑లో Bus Captain / Travel Executive గా join అవ్వాలి.

ఇది passenger‑facing hospitality role (driving/cleaning కాదు).

మీ పని: passengers comfort చూసుకోవడం, bookings manage చేయడం, long‑distance night travel లో return journey tickets promote చేయడం by offering discounts.

🕒 Shift Details:

• Full‑time, Night Shifts (Permanent job)
• Shift start: 7 PM – 11 PM మధ్య → next day morning return (12–14 hours round trip)
• Travel pattern: Evening From Bachupally boarding point నుండి 6 hours onward + 6 hours return → next day morning to Miyapur చేరుకోవాలి.

Weekly Off Policy (journey duration ఆధారంగా):

• 13 hours కన్నా తక్కువ → ప్రతి 6 work days తర్వాత off
• 13–15 hours → ప్రతి 3 work days తర్వాత off
• 15–17 hours → ప్రతి 2 work days తర్వాత off
• 17 hours కన్నా ఎక్కువ → 1 day work, 1 day off

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• 40 passengers తో travel చేసి, online ticket bookings valid ID proof తో verify చేయాలి.
• AC Smart Bus లో passengers comfort చూసుకోవాలి (Wi‑Fi, GPS, Toilets available).
• Spot bookings manage చేసి, return journey tickets discounts/promocode తో promote చేయాలి (incentives వస్తాయి).
• Passenger feedback, ratings & reviews collect చేయాలి (extra incentives).
• Drivers & cleaning staff తో coordinate చేయాలి.
• Daily accounts of bookings maintain చేయాలి.

👤 Candidate Profile:

• Age: 19–33 years (Male candidates only)
• Education: Diploma / Intermediate / Degree / PG
• Languages: Fluent Telugu + Basic English
• Skills: Customer service, hospitality, sales, convincing skills
• Availability: Nights, weekends & holidays లో flexible గా పని చేయాలి

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Freshers & Experienced: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives + Free Dinner + 10 Lakhs Insurance
• Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹15,000/month (return journey ticket sales & feedback collection)
• Stay Bonus 4000 after finsihing 2 months, 4th month and 6th month ( total 4000* 3 times= 12000 paid in 6 months )
