### 🚚 About the Role

We are looking for hardworking and responsible Delivery / Pickup Associates to collect goods from distributors and deliver them to retailers. Candidates will use a mobile app to manage pickups, deliveries, cash collections, and returns. **Full training will be provided.**

### ✅ Key Responsibilities

- **Pickup:** Collect goods from distributors and verify item counts and visible damage.

- **Warehouse Handover:** Submit goods and complete OTP verification.

- **Delivery:** Deliver goods to retailers on time according to the assigned route.

- **Cash Collection:** Collect the exact Cash on Delivery (COD) amount and submit it at the warehouse on the same day.

- **Returns Management:** Record delivery issues in the app and safely return undelivered goods.

- **Professional Conduct:** Treat distributors and retailers politely and report issues to the Zone Supervisor.

### 🎯 Performance Measures

- On-time pickups and deliveries.

- Accurate item counts and safe handling of goods.

- Correct cash collection and same-day submission.

- Proper use of the mobile app for every transaction.

### 📌 Required Qualifications

- 10th or 12th pass; freshers can apply.

- Smartphone and ability to use mobile applications.

- Valid driving licence for the applicable two-wheeler or light vehicle role.

- Basic knowledge of Mumbai roads and local areas.

- Honest, punctual, and physically fit for loading and unloading.

- Ability to speak Hindi; Marathi or English is an added advantage.

- Willingness to start early and work late when required.

**Additional Advantage:** Previous delivery, pickup, driving, or cash-handling experience.
