• Key ResponsibilitiesTeach assigned subjects to primary-level students.
• Explain basic concepts in an easy-to-understand and engaging manner.
• Prepare and deliver lesson plans according to the students' learning levels.
• Conduct classroom activities, exercises, and interactive learning sessions.
• Help students develop foundational skills in reading, writing, mathematics, and other subjects.
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage student participation.
• Assess students' academic progress through classwork, homework, tests, and activities.
• Identify students who need additional academic support and guide them accordingly.
• Maintain student attendance, academic records, and assessment reports.
• Communicate with parents regarding students' learning progress and areas for improvement.
• Create a safe, supportive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
• Ideal Candidate ProfileMust be a graduate with good knowledge of primary-level subjects.
