Project Manager – BPO Securities & Equities

Role Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager – BPO Securities & Equities to lead end-to-end client onboarding and transition programs. The role involves working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless migration, implementation, and stabilization of processes across the BPO delivery model.

The ideal candidate should have strong 7 +years of experience in BPO transitions/project management and a good understanding of Securities & Equities operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end transition and onboarding of Securities & Equities processes.
• Work with client stakeholders and internal teams to plan, execute, and monitor transition activities.
• Develop transition plans, track milestones, manage risks/issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive governance calls, project reviews, and stakeholder communication throughout the transition lifecycle.
• Coordinate across operations, technology, training, quality, risk, and other support functions to ensure readiness.
• Support process assessment, implementation planning, and offshoring feasibility.
• Ensure smooth go-live and stabilization before handover to business-as-usual teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in transition methodology and onboarding practices.
• Support solutioning and new business/RFP discussions, where required.

Required Skills

• Strong project management and transition management experience
• Good understanding of BPO operations and onboarding/implementation lifecycle
• Domain knowledge in Securities & Equities / Capital Markets operations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively

Preferred Experience

• Experience in managing BPO transitions or client onboarding projects end-to-end
• Exposure to Securities & Equities operations such as trade lifecycle, settlements, reconciliations, or corporate actions
• Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Management, or related field
• Project management certification is a plus
