Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage and support the smooth implementation of NSDC and skill development projects. The candidate will coordinate with trainers, candidates, mobilization teams, assessment agencies, management, and other stakeholders while maintaining project records, tracking targets, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring timely completion of project activities as per guidelines and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily project activities and deliverables.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and task completion.
• Coordinate with teams, clients, and vendors to drive execution.
• Follow up on pending tasks, approvals, and dependencies.
• Identify project issues and escalate them for timely resolution.
• Conduct project meetings and document key actions and decisions.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, trackers, and documentation.
• Communicate project status, priorities, and updates to stakeholders.
• Support the Project Manager in planning, reporting, and execution.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, skill development, training, education, or government-funded projects.
• Experience in NSDC, PMKVY, state skill development missions, or similar projects will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, email, and MIS reporting.
• Good coordination, follow-up, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to training centers/project locations when required.
