Property Sales Executive

In this organisation, a Valuation engineer assesses and determines the value of assets, products, or property for different clients such Banks and NBFCs. His responsibilities briefly are as follows-

• Inspect and document the condition of both the exterior and interior of properties, noting any issues or improvements.
• Take photos for reports and measure the property's dimensions.
• Compare a property's value to similar properties in the area.
• Review local zoning codes and relevant regulations.
•  Strong verbal and written communication for client interviews, report writing, and team collaboration.
• Understanding of factors that influence value, such as market conditions, economic factors, and legal regulations.

Two wheeler and Laptop is mandatory.
