Job Description: Receptionist – Educational Consultancy
Welcome students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
Schedule appointments for educational consultants.
Provide basic information about study abroad programs, admissions, and consultancy services.
Maintain student inquiry records and update the CRM/database.
Coordinate with consultants regarding appointments and follow-ups.
Handle office correspondence, filing, and document management.
Receive and distribute courier packages and official documents.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and report preparation.
Follow up with prospective students regarding appointments and required documents.
