Job Description

Oversee complete day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.

Manage FOH, Kitchen, Service, Bar/Mocktails, Stores, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams.

Set daily operational targets for Sales, Food Cost, Labour Cost, Customer Service and Profitability.

Monitor daily sales, KOTs, bills, discounts, voids, complimentary orders and cash collections.

Ensure food quality, taste, portion consistency and presentation are maintained at all times.

Control Food Cost, wastage, pilferage and inventory through proper systems and regular audits.

Coordinate with the Head Chef and Kitchen Team for menu planning, production and food quality.

Ensure hygiene, sanitation, grooming and food-safety standards are strictly followed.

Handle customer complaints and service issues professionally and ensure quick resolution.
