WE’RE HIRING | Senior Floor Supervisor – Bar & F&B

 Location: Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad

 Position: Senior Floor Supervisor – Bar & F&B

 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

 Experience: 2–3 Years Mandatory

 Gender: Male Candidates Only

 Age: Up to 35 Years

 Local Hyderabad Candidates Preferred

 Joining: Immediate / Within 15 Days

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily F&B floor operations and ensure smooth service

• Manage and monitor team performance & productivity

• Ensure excellent guest service and service quality

• Handle guest complaints, escalations and VIP requirements

• Manage bar & liquor operations, including stock and inventory

• Strong liquor/beverage knowledge is mandatory

• Ensure proper bar service, beverage handling and service standards

• Monitor bar inventory, wastage and stock control

• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar & Operations teams for timely service

• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness and F&B SOP compliance

• Train and guide team members to improve service standards

• Handle billing, cash/card transactions and daily operational reports

• Support the management team during peak hours, weekends and events

 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

 2–3 years of experience in F&B / Restaurant / Bar Operations

 Previous Floor Supervisor / Senior Captain / Bar Supervisor experience preferred

 Strong knowledge of liquor, beverages and bar operations – Mandatory

 Good understanding of F&B service standards

 Strong team handling and leadership skills

 Good communication and guest-handling skills

 Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends & peak hours

 Local Hyderabad candidates preferred
