Job Description

A retail promoter (or brand promoter) acts as the direct face of a brand inside supermarkets, department stores, or partner retail outlets to raise product awareness, engage shoppers, and drive immediate sales


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet shoppers, explain product features, and offer live demonstrations or samples.
  • Sales & Conversions: Pitch the brand's products to meet daily and monthly individual or team sales targets.
  • Merchandising & Displays: Set up promotional kiosks, arrange stock according to planograms, and keep display areas clean and well-stocked.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Track daily sales numbers, monitor competitor activities, and report customer questions or trends back to management.
  • Inventory Management: Check counter or store stock levels and coordinate replenishments with store staff.
