Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Explain product features, quality, and pricing to customers.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
  • Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness.
  • Assist in stock management and inventory checking.
  • Handle billing and cash/card transactions as required.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
  • Follow company policies, sales procedures, and store guidelines.
  • Candidate RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
