Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and understand their requirements.
  • Recommend suitable products and drive sales.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Handle upselling, cross-selling and add-on sales.
  • Maintain product displays, stock availability and store hygiene.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support daily store operations.

Requirements:

  • 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • 0–3 years of retail/sales experience; freshers can apply.
  • Basic English and customer-handling skills.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working on weekends and festival days.

Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
