Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Sales Manager to join our team and drive new business for our digital marketing agency.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales and business development skills, understand digital marketing services, and be confident in identifying prospects, pitching solutions, converting leads, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking, and other channels.

- Identify and connect with potential clients looking for digital marketing services.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.

- Pitch and sell services such as Performance Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Branding, and Lead Generation.

- Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain services, strategies, and proposals.

- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions.

- Convert qualified leads into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Maintain a proper sales pipeline and regularly update lead and conversion status.

- Coordinate with the internal marketing team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Sales / Business Development / Agency Sales.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing services.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Proven ability to generate and convert leads.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Experience in selling digital marketing services to businesses is preferred.
