Customer Handling

Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages and enquiries.

Understand customer requirements and explain Checkaro's services clearly.

Respond to customer queries professionally and follow up with potential customers.

Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales and service journey.

Sales Support

Prepare and share quotations with customers.

Follow up with leads and assist in converting enquiries into bookings.

Coordinate appointment and inspection-related requirements with customers.

Maintain proper records of leads, quotations and customer interactions.

After-Sales Coordination

Act as the point of contact for customers after booking.

Coordinate customer queries related to inspection schedules, reports and other requirements.

Ensure customer concerns are communicated to the appropriate team and followed up until resolution.

Sales–Operations Coordination

Coordinate between the Sales team and Inspection/Operations team.

Ensure customer requirements and appointment details are communicated accurately.

Follow up with the Operations team regarding inspection schedules and report status.

Help ensure smooth execution from lead → booking → inspection → report → after-sales.

General Office Responsibilities

Maintain customer and sales-related records.

Assist with day-to-day office coordination and administrative work.

Prepare basic reports and updates for management.

Support the team in other sales and customer-service activities as required.
