Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

About the Role: We are a growing interior design company looking for a Sales Executive who can handle client meetings and convert qualified leads into successful project closures. You will be working on pre-qualified leads and interacting with clients planning their home/commercial interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle qualified leads and convert them into confirmed interior projects
• Conduct client meetings (office/site)
• Understand client psychology, budget, and decision triggers
• Present proposals and drive negotiations to closure
• Follow up and drive closures

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1–3 years in Sales (interiors, real estate, or high-value services)
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Fluent in English (Telugu/Hindi preferred)
• Basic understanding of sales process and follow-ups
• Willingness to work with targets and grow in sales

Experience:

• Sales: 2 years (Required)
• High ticket value sales: 2 years (Required)
• Interior design sales: 1 year (Preferred)

• Language: English (Required)
• Work Location: In person - Kondapur, Hyderabad - reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
