Job Description
Position: Manager – Sales
Company: Diyos Infotech Private Limited
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site)
Experience: 8 - 12 Years
Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Package: Based on Interview Performance and Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Build strong client relationships and manage key accounts.
- Handle client meetings, field visits, and product demonstrations.
- Present TruHR, SaaS, HRMS, and Payroll solutions to clients.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Prepare professional presentations using MS PowerPoint.
- Maintain sales reports and client data using Excel and CRM tools.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Knowledge of SaaS, HRMS, Payroll, ERP, or enterprise software preferred.
- Experience in lead generation and key account management.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle clients independently and willingness to travel for client meetings.
