• Generate leads through calls, referrals, and marketing activities
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Arrange and conduct property site visits with clients
• Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans to customers
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
• Assist in negotiation and closing of property deals
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Provide excellent customer service before and after sales
