Senior Accountant (Multi-Company)

The role

You will own the complete accounting for a group of 4 companies and report directly to the Managing Director. We need someone who can run the books independently, keep compliance on time, and produce clear reports whenever management asks.

What you’ll do

Maintain the books of accounts for all 4 companies in Tally Prime

Handle GST returns, input tax credit reconciliation and TDS filings, deductions and returns

Do bank reconciliations, vendor and contractor payments, and customer receipt accounting

Track real estate sales receipts, customer ledgers and outstanding balances by project

Prepare monthly MIS for each company: P&L, cash flow, receivables, payables and project-wise costs

Coordinate with statutory auditors and the CA for audits, ROC filings and income tax

Manage inter-company transactions and keep each company’s books clean and separate

Set up and maintain clear accounting processes, documentation and filing

Give the MD on-demand reports and updates

What we’re looking for

Minimum 7 years of hands-on accounting experience

Expert in Tally Prime

Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS and finalisation of accounts

Experience managing more than one company’s books at a time

Real estate or construction accounting experience strongly preferred

B.Com or M.Com; CA Inter or CMA Inter is a plus

Good Excel skills for MIS and reconciliations
