About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to lead sales activities, deliver excellent customer service, and support the store team in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Handle customers professionally and understand their requirements.

- Recommend suitable baby, newborn, mother & kids products based on customer needs.

- Drive upselling and cross-selling to increase average bill value.

- Maintain strong product knowledge and conduct product demonstrations when required.

- Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.

- Guide and motivate junior sales team members.

- Monitor store performance, hourly sales, conversion, and average bill value.

- Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and stock availability.

- Follow up with customers and build strong customer relationships.

- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

- Ensure accurate billing and adherence to company policies.

- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, grooming, and overall store standards.

- Assist with stock checking, replenishment, and inventory management.

- Support promotional activities, offers, and new product launches.

- Prepare and share daily sales updates and other required reports.

Qualification

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.

- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in baby, kids, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or similar retail.

- Experience in handling premium customers and achieving sales targets will be an advantage.
